Pilates For Men

Pilates isn’t just for ladies…there are far reaching benefits for men too!

It is practiced extensively within professional sporting organisations such as football and rugby clubs, tennis, skiing, running, cycling and Martial Arts.

Pilates is a combination of whole body and isolated movement allowing each individual to work on specific areas of weakness and tightness or areas specific to their chosen sport.

The technique allows you to strengthen muscle groups whilst stretching them at the same time, reducing the risk of injury and muscle imbalance.

13:30-14:30, 17:30-18:30, 18:30-19:30

Wednesday:
07:00-08:00, 13:00-14:00, 17:00-18:00, 18:00-19:00, 19:00-20:00

Thursday:
12:15-13:15, 13:15-14:15, 17:00-18:00

Friday:
