About The Instructor

Keeley Paige - Pilates Instructor.

I was first introduced to Pilates whilst studying for a BA Honours in Dance in 1999. Pilates became an essential element to my training allowing me to improve my overall strength and muscle balance and enhancing my dance technique.

During this time I could really feel and see the benefits not only for myself, but also my colleagues who used the technique for rehabilitation purposes.

In 2004 I qualified as a Pilates Instructor teaching mat-work. I have been teaching ever since – teaching both group classes and private clients. I was later introduced to a Pilates studio and have never looked back since.

I went on to train with the Pilates foundation and gained a diploma, enabling me to teach using the apparatus I love using myself so much.

With 10 years experience teaching aerobics, spin and dance, I have a rounded approach to physical fitness - understanding all aspects including sports related, creative movement and a holistic approach.

It is my belief that all aspects of physical fitness should be addressed. The Pilates method allows us to do this offering a challenging yet adaptable form of physical exercise that can benefit everyone. It is this passion that has driven me to open Key Pilates Studio.

Tuesday:
13:30-14:30, 17:30-18:30, 18:30-19:30

Wednesday:
07:00-08:00, 13:00-14:00, 17:00-18:00, 18:00-19:00, 19:00-20:00

Thursday:
12:15-13:15, 13:15-14:15, 17:00-18:00

Friday:
